More tan 54% of the housing stock in Spain was built before 1980. From that date on, we can find the first requeriments about isolation for buildings in the CTE Approval (The Spanish Techinical Basements)

Currently, we can find some many statements about the building renovation, both, national and international areas:

  • ERESEE2020 Public participation process for building regarding the Spanish long-term strategy for building renovation in the building sector (“Estrategia a largo plazo para la Rehabilitación Energética en el Sector de la Edificación en España”)
  • According to Art. 4 of Directive 2012/27/UE requires in 2014 “All the countries members Will fix a long-term invesment plan for renovate their national housing stock, both residential buildings and commercial buildings, both public and private sectors.

 

What we are getting with energy efficient renovation.


 

SAVING: A Good architectural envelope desing can lead to considerable savings in heating and air conditioning costs. Depending on the climatic are in which the building is placed, it can be up to 60%

CONFORT: A well-being feeling indoors depends on the temperatura and the humidity degree inside the houses. An energy efficient house hardly requires heating and air conditioning resources to maintain a comfortable temperature inside.

REASSESSMENT: after carrying out an efficient energy renovation Project, the appraised value of the building may incrase between 20 and 30% respect to the appraised value before the actions.

  • ENERGY EFFICIENCY, PUBLIC WORKS AND DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY, Program 5: Energy efficiency and sustainability improvement promotion in the housing stock that aims to regulate aid for energy improvement Works and the sustainability of single-family houses and buildings of collective residential typology.
  • RURAL AND URBAN REGENERATION, PUBLIC AND DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY, Program 7: Urban and rural regeneration and revonation, and aims to finance the renovation Works for residential buildings and individual homes. Also urbanization Works in adjacent public spaces.

FINANCING MANAGEMENT

  • We not only manage the financing and feasibility studies thourghj the main banking entities, but we also consider the finances aids offered by the different public administrations depending on the geographical área where the Project is based.
  • This feasibility and financing study Will take into account the cost due the management, Project, drafting, fees about work license, optional managament and excecution cost.
